Fantastic $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Represents a Online Gaming GM's Dream
Following a brief run earlier this year, this cartography software collection is back with an encore that lasts until Dec. 2. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools developed by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. Primary Feature
The big draw is certainly permanent access to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade mapping application that can be used to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

The cheapest bundle tier, starting at just one dollar, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Intermediate Package
The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements including map packs and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes introductory guides to facilitate learning. The one caveat here though the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable on Windows.
Philanthropic Aspect
As with other Humble Bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. In this instance, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief.
